1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all locations within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Processing & Dispatch

  • Order processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Dispatch notification: You’ll receive an email and/or SMS with shipment confirmation and tracking details once your order is dispatched.

3. Free Shipping on All Orders

We offer 100% free shipping on all orders—no minimum purchase required, no hidden charges.

Once processed, your order is dispatched and handed over to our delivery partners.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holiday.

6. Multiple Shipments

If your order has items requiring different processing times or from multiple locations, it may arrive in separate packages.

  • You’ll receive separate tracking numbers.
  • Shipping charges will reflect combined packaging.

7. Delivery Issues & Exceptions

While we strive for timely delivery, external factors may cause slight delays (weather, holidays, carrier logistics, etc.).

  • In case of major delays, we’ll notify you with updates and revised ETA.
  • Delivery time doesn’t start on weekends or Indian public holidays.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged on arrival: If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours at support@dimgrey-mouse-601475.hostingersite.com.
  • Lost packages: Missing your delivery? Check for tracking status and local courier office, then contact us if unresolved.
    We’ll work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue—replacement or refund options may apply.

  • Customer-paid for change-of-mind returns.
